Andrew Allen

Hello, I’m Andrew Allen a native of Grand Forks and a licensed realtor in North
Dakota and Minnesota. Anyone who knows me well would tell you I am hard-
working, have great communication skills, and enjoy taking on new challenges. I love
building relationships and will take the time to get to know what my clients are truly
looking for in a home.
Along with my years of experience in construction and project management, I have
flipped several homes and owned multiple rental properties. Having this background
and growing up in Grand Forks, I am confident I will be able to help home buyers find
the right property that meets their needs and assist with any issues throughout the
process.
In my free time, I enjoy working on remodel projects, traveling, going to the lake,
snowboarding, and hiking with my wife and two daughters.
