Getting your real estate license is a smart thing to do for people of all ages. You will have the opportunity to learn about a fascinating industry that shapes the world around us. Along with providing an opportunity for personal growth, having your Realtor’s license will enable you to affiliate yourself with a Real Estate company. This relationship will allow you to help others achieve their real estate goals, while providing you with the opportunity for financial gain.
To get your real estate salesperson license, you will need 90 hours of education approved by the North Dakota Real Estate Commission. It is recommended that you take Theresa Halvorson’s 30 hour Pre-License Course in Fargo. To keep your license you will need to take 12 hours of continuing education annually.
