I authorize an investigation without limitation of my tenant, employment, criminal and credit history, along with civil information, income verification, vehicle records, licensing records, information from public agencies, and/or any other information relevant to this application for the purpose of renting a house or apartment from Oxford Realty. The applicant understands that this application information may be provided to various local, state and/or federal government and law enforcement agencies.

Applicant agrees that by signing this document, all information provided is true and correct. Applicant understands that any misrepresentation on this application may be cause for lease termination and/or rejection of this application. Applicant agrees that Oxford Realty may contact their emergency contact if there is a lease violation(s).
