Oxford is a great company with great staff. They fix things when needed and have really taken good care of our rental property. They have even plowed for us a few different times voluntarily! Great company to rent from!

My family and I are so Thankful for Christopher and the team at Oxford Realty. On Wednesday night the 5th our carbon monoxide detecter went off in our house. I called the fire department and they came and checked out the situation which confirmed carbon monoxide in our home. They told me to call my rental company (Oxford). Oxford called Vilandre to check out the furnace. They said the exhaust was plugged and told me and my family to leave our house for the night. The next morning Vilandre and Oxford were at our house to install a new furnace. They did an amazing and quick job!
Also on Christmas Day our washer went out. Due to the holidays they weren't able to get it fixed right away which was understandable.
The same day that our furnace was getting put in they also got right on top of checking on our washer and they said it was unfixable so they graciously brought us a new one and went above and beyond with getting one for us!
Christoper and the team at Oxford went above and beyond in more ways than one and handled everything so well! Oxford has been hands down the BEST rental company we have ever rented from!
They are always on top of things for us almost immediately. They treat our family like family and it makes for an amazing experience!
They have never disappointed us and they always make things right!
