Eric is a native to North Dakota but spent a portion of his life living in Northern Minnesota. He eventually made his way back to North Dakota where he attended the University of North Dakota and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Having lived in the Grand Forks area for well over a decade Eric has a great understanding of the city of Grand Forks along with the surrounding area.

I spent the first 7 years of my career in real estate flipping houses and on the investment side of
the business. I have done it all. In 2023 I decided to get my Real Estate license. To be honest, I
did not expect to enjoy the retail side of the business as much as I have. Buying and selling your
personal home is often the largest financial decision for folks. There are a lot of details that go

John Knosalla, the founder of JK Property Partners, was born and raised in Fargo, ND.
